If it’s been awhile you’ve been able to be creative, I encourage you to take this time to wake up the creativity within you. If you create on a daily, weekly or monthly basis….great job! You keep the creativity flowing. Goodness, you may ask how can I have time to create and still be able to do all that needs to be accomplished on a daily basis? Schedule! Stick to it! Stay organized! I have to stay organize…keeping the family on schedule with all that needs to be done with raising 2 step kids, being a wife, taking care of my husband, taking care of our animals-their scheduled walks, etc. We also run several businesses. It’s necessary here at My Symphony Of Life. Let’s get started! Visual Journaling-Unlocking/Awakening of your creative self. This visual journal in specific is about where you are at this moment: happy, sad, blessed, joyful, inspired, courage, hope, searching, looking, found, friendship and loved…. Are you mindful of these moments? Are you an artist? Your heart’s desire-look inward at your talents. On Facebook playing different applications? Enjoy getting gifts? Do you enjoy poetry? Do you write your own? Do you like positive quotes? Do you unmask yourself to be open? Those are some tips/ideas for you~~~~ 1. cut up some old magazines/newspapers that you have that expresses you at this moment of life. You can also write it with decorative pens/markers. If you have rocks as I have….use those too! You can also use different markers or colored pencils to write out your visual journal…be creative! Once you have your magazine cutouts….you could reflect Arts, Journaling, Dream, Parenting, Beauty, etc. as you’ll see on my pictures. 2. put as much as you can on a sheet of paper. There’s so much about what going on with me now that one paper/card stock couldn’t quite hold it all. 3. once you have the words/text you want arrange them on the paper. 4. you can use glue or tape…either will do! 5. take a picture of it and share it with us as I have shared my visual journal with you. 6. enjoy this moment of finding time to be creative, to be you, to being open to try new things, to the enrichment of life, exploring new creative ways to express your talents! Here at My Symphony Of Life if your schedule is similar to mine you know how valuable time is. There’s only 24 hours a day and it’s hard to accomplish all that there is to accomplish in that amount of time. If you haven’t heard it in awhile…awesome job and well done on what you accomplished today. There’s many things going on in our lives on a daily basis. I’m quite interested to see how well it works for you. This is where you stop and make sure you can read the rest of this post. I wouldn’t want you to miss one thing. Everything good in your neighborhood (food cooking, the kids getting along, dog’s in kennel, clothes are in the dryer & your loved one’s are well?) so it looks like everything is taken care of at this moment. Peek a boo….ah, there you are! I knew you had creativity in you. I understand with all the hustle and bustle it’s hard to feel creative with deadline’s that must be met, kids crying, dog chewing up homework, food boiling over…believe me, I know!
